• Service & Maintenance

Full Maintenance Contracts - A monthly fee covers items that are result of normal wear and tear. Includes regular servicing of elevator equipment and repair or replacement of items covered in contract.

Exam & Lubrication Contracts - A monthly fee covers regular oiling and greasing of equipment, minor adjustments and reports of any potential problems that are discovered. We will also provide quotation to make any necessary repairs required.

Our technicians are highly trained, both technically and in safety and are certified by national standards. Weekly safety meetings keep our technicians abreast of the latest safety proceedures. Therefore, our technicians are highly qualified to maintain and repair all types and brands of elevator equipment. Even if you have a service contract with another company, we can provide quotes or replace equipment.
